Paprika Powder is made from finely grinding dried chili peppers. Like the peppers from which it is derived, paprika can be sweet or hot in flavor.  Smoked paprika is a Spanish cousin to the more widely used sweet Hungarian paprika. It’s made from pimiento peppers that have been dried and smoked over an oak fire, then ground into a fine powder. Smoked Paprika can be used to add a unique flavor to a wide variety of different foods. It pairs well with garlic, oregano, black pepper, onions, potatoes, chicken, and seafood.
