Jamaican "Jerk" is a method of cooking and seasoning meat that can be traced to the Arawak Native American tribe that was living in Jamaica when it was found by Christopher Columbus in 1492.  Jamaican jerk seasoning is now used as a dry rub or as a marinade for pork, chicken, seafood, and beef. Our blend will add a slightly sweet and spicy dash of flavor to your meal, so rub it on before cooking for a spicy traditional Caribbean flavor.


Ingredients: Organic brown mustard seed, organic ginger root, organic cayenne pepper, organic fennel seed, organic garlic, organic paprika, organic allspice, organic thyme leaf, organic onion, organic black pepper, organic cinnamon, organic cloves. Salt Free.
